CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us here at Timeless Beauty and they are reserved especially for you.
We understand that sometimes schedules change or illness occurs, therefore the need to change your appointments may be necessary, however we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice to give us the opportunity to offer this space to other clients.
Please note as a small business we run purely on our clients attending their reserved time.

Any cancellations/rescheduling in less than 24 hours of your reserved space will incur a 50% charge of your booked service, as will any 'no shows', this payment will be required at your next appointment.
